Make your first video

From a new channel to a finished video in six steps.

This tutorial walks through a first video from start to finish. It takes about ten minutes of your time, and Kinoply does the rest.

This page is a placeholder. Screenshots and a video walkthrough are coming.

1. Create a channel

Give the channel a name, say who it’s for and describe its tone in a sentence or two. For example: calm, careful history for curious adults.

2. Pick a template

Start from one of the ready-made templates, such as Deep dive, and change the voice or the look if you like.

3. Choose an idea

Kinoply pitches a handful of ideas that fit your channel. Pick one, or type your own.

4. Check the script

Read the outline and the script. Every fact links to its source. Edit anything, then approve.

5. Watch the animatic

The director agent plans every shot. You’ll see a rough cut with the voice before any pictures are made, so changes are cheap.

6. Export

Kinoply paints every shot, films it in 3D and puts the edit together with music and captions. Download the video, or send it to your channel as a draft.
